This is half-pie.

Dear Mr Wang:

Thank you for your many emails of the 16th and 17th of this month. Please permit this to suffice as a reply to all of your correspondence to date, and any subsequent.

There is much to like about your business. The name of your company – the China Chongqing Guangyu Motorcycle Group – is as euphonious as the lark; and your product range is as wide as a summer day is long; and you have a very nifty line in scooters.

But while you say that I may ”have complete Peace of mind and full confidence while working with us”; and that ”our main objective is customers satisfaction and we always provide to our customers like this” unfortunately I feel our relationship has not started on a completely harmonious note.

In fact, your latter statement does raise some concerns. I am not at all sure if I wish to be provided like this. For I do not remember giving you my email address, let alone permission to use it. And that, Mr Wang, makes you a spammer.

This is indeed regrettable. And so it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that I cannot do business with you, regardless of the undoubtedly fine quality of your products. There are better ways to find export markets, something which I suspect you may be realising at the moment.

Finally, I would much appreciate it if you could also pass this message along to Mr Lee of your sister company, the Chongqing Zongshen General Power Machine Co. Ltd. I will not be requiring any diesel motors or electric welding machines in the near future.
