- why do clouds full of snow look a dirty brown?
- how does the Harry Potter series manage to become as compelling as crack? (I’m currently enjoying book 5 – hence lack of recent postings.)
- will Ticketek ever make their website better? Maybe they’ve taken the first step (recognition that there’s a problem) judging by the number of recent searches from auck.ticketek.co.nz and euryale.ticketek.com.au ending up on my rant (plus comments) of last October ...
- what is that peculiar inertia at the end of the day that makes me sit here at work doing this crap instead of going home?

Ah, yes, ticketek. I'm off to auckland in a couple of weeks, and holding in my hands two vouchers, thought "Hmm, I wonder what I should see", but gave up, as I couldn't (easily) find a way of seeing all events in Auckland in the time frame I'm there. Stupid people.

Yeah, don't expect actually useful from them... I don't know about Auckland events, but for Wellington you can get a rather handy RSS feed here.
