Work, work, plot & scheme, read, sleep.

In the meantime I’ll leave you with a photo from last weekend:

the Quad, University of Otago

It was a fairly full on, and great time. But more on that later.

The last tree in the centre – one afternoon between classes in the lecture theatre to the right at the end, a friend and I climbed to the top, before being instructed in no uncertain terms to descend immediately by whom we took for some random elderly man. Who just happened to be the proctor. I can never resist a climbable tree.

    You’re being very mysterious…

Sarah: Mysterious but possibly dull. The plotting and scheming is, alas, work related.

I need to post some narrative about around the photos I posted to Flickr in the last few days though, that may be more interesting when I get to it.

Jessie: ditto on trees, although not lately. I was lucky never to come before the proctor (presumably when I was there the same one as when you were there, years later); by all accounts a most fearsome person though not by appearances. He’d have to be, given the responsibilities of the office.

Bringing back memories …. although the trees seem to have gotten rather larger!
